These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Black Mode Bible mobile application (the "App") provided by WeCreate ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Black Mode Bible is a free Bible reading application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The App contains the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, which is in the public domain. You are free to read, share, and reference the text contained in the App.
The App does not require registration, login, or any personal information to use. All features are available immediately upon download.
The App design, user interface, code, and branding (including the name "Black Mode Bible") are the intellectual property of WeCreate. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeCreate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
